1. Agreement and eligibility
Moneta is provided by isurvix. By creating an account, purchasing a plan or continuing to use Moneta, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Notice. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Moneta for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
2. The service and your licence
Moneta is a personal finance tool for recording and analysing accounts, transactions, budgets, currencies and financial commitments. Subject to these terms and your selected plan, isurvix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service for your personal or internal business purposes.
3. Accounts and information
You must provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Moneta unlawfully or to commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape the service, bypass plan or technical limits, reverse engineer the service except where law permits, or resell or redistribute it without written permission.
5. Your content
You retain rights in information you enter or upload. You give isurvix a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to provide, protect and improve Moneta. You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide it. We may remove content in response to a valid legal or rights-holder request. Send infringement notices to hello@moneta.app; repeated infringement may result in suspension or termination.
6. Offline agent and financial information
Automated suggestions, classifications, forecasts and agent outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are general informational tools, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice and not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You remain responsible for reviewing every proposed financial change, verifying outputs and making your own decisions. Moneta requires confirmation before an agent records a financial change.
7. Our intellectual property
isurvix and its licensors own Moneta, including its software, documentation, design, branding and other intellectual property. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
8. Plans, payments and refunds
Free and paid plan features and prices are shown on our Pricing page. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms together with our Refund Policy. Recurring subscriptions renew at the displayed billing interval until cancelled. Lifetime access applies to the core Pro features described at purchase and excludes future separately priced or usage-priced services.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using Moneta at any time. After termination, access may end and data may be deleted after any legally required retention period; export data before closing your account.
10. Availability and warranties
We work to keep Moneta reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, isurvix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profit, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability relating to Moneta will not exceed the fees you paid to us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify isurvix against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, your content or your material breach of these terms.
13. General
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; isurvix may assign it as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or asset transfer. The laws and courts applicable to isurvix govern these terms, except where mandatory consumer law gives you rights in your home jurisdiction. Contact hello@moneta.app with questions or disputes.
